Clinical Director

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Clinical Lead to join our team at Health Recruit Network. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in leading, inspiring, and engaging your team to deliver outstanding quality of personalized care and support to residents, enabling them to enjoy later life to the full.

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
• Assist the Home/Deputy Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the care home, including audits, rotas, recruitment, mentoring, and appraisals.
• Develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships, and be a true role model for staff members.
• Work closely with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, Directors, and Nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents.

• Must be a Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
• Experience in a leadership role, with a track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.
• Passion for adult social care and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to residents.
