Job Summary

OX Delivers is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Design Engineer to join our team as we continue to develop our trucks. As a key member of our powertrain team, you will work closely with other engineers to identify optimal electrical solutions for future trucks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the overall electrical architectural design, ensuring that our electrical systems are suitable for production at scale.
  • Work alongside a more junior Electrical Engineer, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of electrical systems.
  • Design and develop electrical systems, including test and release processes, to meet the needs of our trucks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that electrical systems meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Contribute to the development of electrical systems, including the design of electrical components and systems.

Requirements

  • Experience working on EV electrical architecture systems.
  • Design and development experience in electrical systems, including test and release processes.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and their application in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with the ability to spend 2-3 days per week at our workshop.
