Job Summary:

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer service standards and metrics.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools.
