The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch and over the phone
  • Proactively contact customers to identify and discuss their needs
  • Educate customers on our range of products and services
  • Maintain accurate customer records and identify vulnerable customers
  • Adhere to our policies, standards, controls, and limits of authority
