About the Role

As the Product Sales Manager for BMS Performance, you will play a crucial role in driving the specification of DC connector safety enclosures among solar PV installers, with a focus on penetrating the commercial market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the specification of DC connector safety enclosures among solar PV installers
  • Focus on penetrating the commercial market
  • Supply innovative safety solutions across the UK to large-scale commercial projects
  • Engage directly with key decision-makers in the early stages of commercial projects
  • Expand the product line within the commercial sector

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience in selling and specifying commercial solar PV systems
  • Preferably, candidates will have a background with a solar PV manufacturer or distributor
  • Highly organized and self-reliant, yet a strong team player
  • Enthusiastic about driving new business development
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid, clean driving license

Benefits

  • £40,000 to £60,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission, with OTE of £15,000
