The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Sales Manager to join our team. As a Product Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the specification of DC connector safety enclosures among solar PV installers, with a focus on penetrating the commercial market. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our product line within the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the commercial market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the solar PV industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling and specifying commercial solar PV systems
  • Strong understanding of the solar PV industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid, clean driving license

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary of £40,000 to £60,000
  • Uncapped commission, with an OTE of £15,000

Location
