Job Title: Assistant Hospitality and Events Manager

Job Type: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Hospitality and Events Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across our hospitality and events services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall operations and performance of the hospitality and events department, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • Champion excellent customer service and implement effective customer communication tools to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring exceptional services are delivered consistently.
  • Provide strong line management and leadership to the hospitality and events team, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Focus on delivering consistent exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a seamless customer journey is achieved.
  • Manage hospitality and events services effectively, using business efficiency tools, organizational skills, and resources to deliver on time, to the required standard, and with a guest focus at all times.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure correct FOH operations are applied, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
