We are seeking an experienced Assistant Hospitality and Events Manager to join our team at Aramark UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality and events services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of hospitality and events staff to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective customer communication tools to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with internal and commercial clients to deliver exceptional services and build strong commercial relationships.
  • Manage the overall operations and performance of the department, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Focus on delivery of consistent exceptional service for all guests, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Manage hospitality and events services effectively, using business efficiency tools and organizational skills to deliver on time and to the required standard.
