We are seeking a skilled Events Assistant to join our team at 22 Bishopsgate, a vibrant co-working space and events venue in the heart of London. As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences for our clients, from business lunches to large-scale events.

About the Role

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including venue setup, catering, and logistics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Work closely with our events team to ensure that all events run smoothly and to plan.
  • Assist with the preparation of event materials, including menus, invitations, and event schedules.
