Aramark UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Hospitality and Events Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of exceptional customer service and events management across our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall operations and performance of the department, ensuring seamless customer journeys and exceptional service delivery.
- Champion excellent customer service and implement effective customer communication tools to drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring exceptional services are delivered consistently.
- Provide strong line management and leadership to the Hospitality and Events team, focusing on delivery of consistent exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage Hospitality and Events services effectively, utilizing business efficiency tools, organizational skills, and resources to deliver on time, to the required standard, and with a guest focus at all times.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure correct FOH operations are applied, driving quality food and service delivery across the entire operation.
