  • Provide strong line management and leadership to the Hospitality and Events team, focusing on delivery of consistent exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage Hospitality and Events services effectively, utilizing business efficiency tools, organizational skills, and resources to deliver on time, to the required standard, and with a guest focus at all times.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure correct FOH operations are applied, driving quality food and service delivery across the entire operation.
