Job Title: Change Lead - Transformation Expert
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Change Lead - Transformation Expert to join our team at Impellam Group. As a Change Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 12 people across the Back Office function, driving change initiatives and ensuring seamless transition to AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 12 people: Oversee the assets of the entire Back Office Change function, including Post Trade functions, and ensure effective team management.
- Drive change initiatives: Develop and implement change strategies, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Transition to AWS: Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition to AWS, identifying and addressing any technical or operational challenges.
- Enablement and development: Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Project delivery: Oversee the delivery of smaller but significant ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Technical expertise: Strong technical expertise in managing change across development teams, with a focus on Java programming language.
- Financial services experience: Proven experience in the financial services industry, preferably in an Investment Banking environment, with a focus on Back Office functions, including Post Trade Bookings, settlements, credit risk, and liquidity risk.
- Leadership skills: Well-balanced leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams, develop careers, and prioritize business needs.
