Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end project management of the Annual Global Employee Survey, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic goals.
- Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all milestones are met.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders across various global offices to ensure seamless execution of the survey process.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may arise and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, including survey providers, ensuring they meet the firm's standards and requirements.
- Communication: Draft clear and compelling internal communications related to the survey, including invitations, reminders, and follow-up messages.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content for presentations, reports, and meetings with senior leadership.
