Inventory and Data Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory and Data Administrator to join our team at Victrex. As a key member of our production area, you will play a critical role in coordinating the flow of inventory through our ERP system to drive optimal inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop ERP system formulas and routes associated with relevant business area products by analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement of inventory and manufacturing accounting accuracy.
- Provide recommendations for non-conforming product and dispensation processes.
- Analyze, interpret, and propose specification enhancements to improve the flow of material through the relevant production area, contributing to our 'customer on time in full' measure.
- Contribute to the development of plant process conditions and process verification frameworks and procedures to improve record keeping, repeatability, and reliability into the manufacturing process.
- Drive plant inventory accuracy through periodic stock checks, analysis, and stock adjustments for corrections as required, while investigating root causes and driving continuous improvement on stock inaccuracy.
- Conduct regular health management reviews on local slow-moving or obsolete inventory across the production area, minimizing unavailable stock while contributing to the development of manufacturing production plans to consume on a first-in-first-out basis to minimize cost.
- Stock control management and manage product flow.
We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills, the ability to work both independently and within diverse team environments, and excellent computer literacy skills, including the Microsoft suite and preferably ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics AX.
You will have demonstrable experience of data manipulation and integration, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and IBP knowledge. We welcome those with a detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency to contact us.
