Job Title: Client Pension Associate

Location: Remote

Reports to: Team Manager / Head of Pensions Department

Department: Human Resources

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional education pension services to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Learning and Development: Develop a deep understanding of education pension systems and procedures.
  • Pension Administration: Process pension forms and returns for starters, leavers, changes, and more.
  • Customer Support: Collaborate with payroll teams, schools, and pension schemes to resolve any pension-related queries.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues to improve our services.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as required to support the team.
