Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to customers in the pig and poultry sectors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve budget targets and grow the area business.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
  • Utilize business reporting tools and CRM systems to track sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the national sales team to develop and implement area business plans that align with the company's overall strategy.
  • Represent the company at national events, building relationships with customers and industry partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements across all customer sites.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the agricultural or food processing sector.
  • Desirable background in the pig and/or poultry sectors.
  • Agricultural or science qualification to degree level preferred.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
