Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Accounts Administrator will play a key role in supporting various financial operations, including:

  • Organizing and filing delivery documentation while ensuring any discrepancies are addressed.
  • Reviewing delivery documents for accuracy.
  • Assisting in the importation of Sales Orders into Sage.
  • Ensuring correct pricing is applied to all ordered products.
  • Providing support to the Sales Department with inquiries.
  • Responding to customer queries efficiently.
  • Facilitating EDI uploads.
  • Processing central billing remittances.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in finance.
  • Strong mathematical abilities.
  • Experience with Sage 200 is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, including interpersonal, listening, written, and oral capabilities.
