Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client, a rapidly growing global FMCG business based in the City of London. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable ledger, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and providing exceptional support to the business.

About the Role

  • Manage the Accounts Payable inbox, chasing invoice approval for payment and ensuring timely processing of supplier ledgers and statement reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process weekly payment runs in multiple currencies (GBP, EURO, USD, Chinese Yuan).
  • Approve and process invoices onto NetSuite, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Perform Accounts Payable reconciliations, aged creditor analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide ad hoc assistance with Accounts Receivable and month-end processing.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong background in high-volume invoice processing and multiple currencies.
  • Ability to work 3 set days per week, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, V-lookups, and Formulas.
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite (desirable, but not essential).

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 (full-time equivalent), pro-rated to 3 days per week.
  • Additional bonus and benefits package.
