  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches
Requirements:
  • GCSE in English and Maths
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to show initiative
  • Professional and confident phone manner
  • Confidence to deal with people at all levels and of different backgrounds
  • B2B sales/telesales/business development experience advantageous
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £27,000
  • Commission of £25 per appointment paid on each qualifiable appointment attended by CEO or senior management team
  • 21 days holiday per annum plus all UK Bank Holidays
  • Access to company-funded gym membership after completion of 6-month probationary period
  • Free parking

This is an office-based role in Solihull, West Midlands. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
