Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales calls and marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales pipeline
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches
- GCSE in English and Maths
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to show initiative
- Professional and confident phone manner
- Confidence to deal with people at all levels and of different backgrounds
- B2B sales/telesales/business development experience advantageous
- Competitive salary of £27,000
- Commission of £25 per appointment paid on each qualifiable appointment attended by CEO or senior management team
- 21 days holiday per annum plus all UK Bank Holidays
- Access to company-funded gym membership after completion of 6-month probationary period
- Free parking
This is an office-based role in Solihull, West Midlands. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
