Harnham is seeking a highly experienced Head of Research and Strategy to lead our research and strategy teams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in research and strategy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a mixed-method research team to deliver audience-focused insights around various campaigns.
  • Lead a strategy team that applies behaviour change, human-centred design, and strategic thinking to our work, including programme design, campaign planning, and analysis.
  • Conduct quality assurance for both teams, upskilling and integrating qualitative and human-centred design principles.
  • Assist in proposal writing and business development efforts for both strategy and research teams.
Requirements:
  • Excellent experience and understanding of research and strategy.
  • 10 years of experience working in research and strategy roles in a social impact agency, on projects domestically and internationally.
  • Experience working across both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
