About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at ARM. As a key member of our organization, you will play a significant role in driving our strategic and day-to-day business delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to align with our business objectives and goals.
  2. Lead the development and maintenance of our Quality Assurance System, ensuring it is effective and efficient in driving quality improvement throughout the organization.
  3. Implement and optimize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline business processes and improve productivity.
  4. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Drive change initiatives to improve business processes and efficiency, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  6. Ensure the safety of all employees, providing training and enforcing safety policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  2. Strong knowledge and practical understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  3. Proficient in the implementation and use of ERP systems.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and develop staff.
  5. Continuous improvement mentality to drive quality improvement and promote efficient ways of working.
  6. Degree-educated or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Materials, or Manufacturing-based subjects.
