Your Responsibilities:
20 hours per week – Permanent position (Flexible scheduling available)

Serve as the initial point of contact for patients presenting with undiagnosed conditions accessing acute services, routine consultations, or telephone assessments.

Evaluate, diagnose, plan, implement, and review treatment strategies for patients with undiagnosed conditions and those with complex health needs.
Initiate necessary diagnostic tests or assessments and interpret results and reports.
Directly admit patients to secondary care facilities when in acute medical need.
Refer patients to other medical specialties for evaluation when necessary, including expedited referrals.
Assume responsibility for making independent decisions regarding patient care.
Conduct clinical examinations and assess patient needs from both physiological and psychological perspectives, planning care accordingly.
Proactively identify, diagnose, and manage treatment plans for patients at risk of developing chronic conditions (as appropriate).

Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health issues, integrating pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment methods into a comprehensive management plan.

As an independent prescriber, the role involves prescribing safe, effective, and suitable medications in accordance with current regulations.
Prescribe and evaluate medications for therapeutic effectiveness, tailored to patient needs and in line with evidence-based practices and established protocols.
