About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team in Aberdeen. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting three amazing ladies with various learning and physical disabilities to live in their own home.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the ladies with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage and support the ladies in their hobbies and interests, such as swimming, arts & crafts, baking, music, movies, and shopping trips.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a safe and supportive environment for the ladies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the ladies, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities.

About You

We are looking for someone who is caring, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
