  • Acting on feedback and prioritizing resident health and wellbeing.
  • Championing respect and dignity for all residents.
  • Encouraging social interactions and activities that enrich the lives of our residents.
  • Prioritizing safety and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Supporting balanced nutrition and hydration.
  • Responding to emergencies and utilizing reflective practices to improve care.
