Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to targeted demographics in a courteous and professional manner, including cold outreach and list refinement.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather necessary information to advance the quotation process.
- Following up with potential clients who have received quotes from our sales team to meet sales conversion goals.
- Organizing and maintaining secure, efficient, and precise filing systems.
- Managing incoming commercial sales generated through third-party channels.
- Assisting with debt recovery efforts.
- Securing insurer and finance documentation following a sale.
- Implementing changes to policies or processing cancellations.
Experience/Qualifications Required:

- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is essential.
- You will receive warm leads and have the chance to generate and pursue your own leads.
- Exceptional customer service and strong communication abilities are a must.
