Technical Solutions Sales Specialist

NexGen Associates is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client technology requirements and designing and implementing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
About the Role:
As a Technical Solutions Sales Specialist, you will collaborate with clients and partner technical experts to ensure the successful deployment of IT solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest technology trends, products, and services to recommend the most suitable solutions for clients.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their technical needs, challenges, and objectives, to build strong relationships and trust.
- Workflow Management: Ensure the everyday workflow of responsibilities is maintained using CRM tools, weekly report outs to clients, monitoring mailboxes, and creation of sales documentation.
- Technical Support: Provide post-implementation technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the optimal functioning of deployed solutions.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design custom technology solutions that align with client and budgetary requirements.
- Training and Guidance: Offer training and guidance to clients on using and maintaining technology solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve yourself and others within the organisation while also optimising technology solutions and client satisfaction.
Personal Experience:
- Experience in designing and implementing IT solutions for clients.
- Proficient in technical solutions relevant to the companies partners' products and services.
- Experience in sales or a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Strong commitment to client satisfaction and service excellence.
