About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our client's team in a leading manufacturing company. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and working closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, resulting in efficient and effective delivery of products and services.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate customer records, ensuring up-to-date information and effective communication.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures, resulting in increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks as required, ensuring a high level of support to the customer service team.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process customer orders and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Proactivity: Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues across different departments, resulting in effective communication and coordination.
