Job Title: Head of Quality

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Head of Quality to lead our quality function and ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to reduce quality-related risks to the business and its customers.
  • Maintain procedures and processes within an ISO 9001 certified quality management system, ensuring company-wide compliance to UK, legal, and customer specifications and standards.
  • Represent the business in front of our global supply base, working in both internal and external locations to add value to how we source, design, develop, and manage the quality of parts to meet customer demands.
  • Lead and manage the quality function from new product conception through to warranty analysis, ensuring a proactive culture that delivers products to customer expectations and within agreed standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience of quality functions and heading up a quality department within a manufacturing business.
  • Experience in ISO management systems such as ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
  • Desirable background in steel fabrications and/or machining environments.
