Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a comprehensive and professional cleaning service to meet NHS standards of cleanliness and other housekeeping duties in accordance with schedules and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical teams and infection control to ensure the cleanliness of our estate in accordance with national standards and our strategic cleaning plan.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a positive experience in our healthcare facilities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in cleaning and housekeeping practices.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of cleaning in an employed capacity.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English in both verbal and written formats.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
