Medical Information Specialist

CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist to join their team on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days on-site per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and medical information to healthcare professionals and patients/caregivers with a high level of quality customer service in the local language.
  • Research and respond to inquiries received via multiple channels, including phone, email, webform, live chat, or postal mail, within required timelines and standards.
  • Document the inquiry and response accurately and completely according to relevant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/Work Instruction (WI) and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints within required timelines.
  • Provide responses in the customer's local language using approved resources in English.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a life science/healthcare field required.
  • Pharmacy degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of medical information or relevant work experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • English language and Dutch language (C1, mother tongue).
  • Any additional European language skills (German, French, Polish, Greek, Norwegian, Swedish) would be a bonus.
