Job Description

Job Title: Senior HR Project Adviser

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Project Adviser to join our team at Mativ. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our leaders and managers in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Provide operational HR support to our teams, ensuring compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations cases, from investigations to resolution, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
  • Performance Management: Support and guide managers in the performance appraisal process, providing tools and strategies to enhance employee performance.
  • Training and Development: Influence, coach and develop managers in the use of policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably supporting multiple sites and in a unionised Manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge: Minimum of 5 years HR experience with a strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Language: English language is a must.
