  • Relationship Building and Maintenance: Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with stakeholders and customers, fostering a culture of trust, cooperation, and mutual respect.
  • Advice and Guidance: Provide advice and guidance to project managers and site teams on stakeholder and customer-related matters.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and manage risks, opportunities, or changes that may affect stakeholder and customer engagement or project delivery, and communicate them to project managers and senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of stakeholder and customer management processes and practices, and share best practices and lessons learned with the team and organization.
Requirements:
  • Strong Customer Liaison Skills: Proven ability to build rapport with stakeholders and customers.
  • Organizational and Prioritization Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize own workload.
  • Communication and IT Skills: Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Full Driving Licence: Essential for this role.
