Role Summary
As a Contract Management Specialist, you will play a vital role within our Support & Delivery department. Your primary focus will be on processing Contract Award Forms (CAFs) and ensuring seamless account setups for suppliers. This position is crucial in maintaining accurate invoicing details and managing financial queries, ultimately contributing to exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Process Contract Award Forms and manage supplier registrations effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice-related inquiries promptly.
- Utilize Salesforce for case management, ensuring clear communication across all teams.
- Provide support to the Accounts team by addressing contract value queries and escalations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in contract management or financial monitoring is essential.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- A meticulous approach to work with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial.
- A proactive attitude and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
