Care Support Worker

Are you a dedicated teaching assistant with a passion for the care sector? We're seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team at Protocol Education, working in special needs schools that cater to students at various levels.
Your Role Includes:
- Developing sensory awareness and enhancing motor skills in students
- Providing individualised care as per care plans, ensuring each student receives tailored support
- Teaching vocabulary and fostering speech and language development, promoting effective communication
- Facilitating creative lessons such as art, cooking, music, and dance, encouraging students to express themselves
- Supporting social and cognitive growth in students, helping them reach their full potential
Key Details:
- Full-time Position: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Contract: Secure a year-long contract with potential for extension, providing stability and growth opportunities
- One-to-One Support: Provide personalised support for students with diverse needs, making a meaningful impact on their lives
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside dedicated teachers and staff, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment
- Residential Opportunities: Option to work in the school's residential centre for a more immersive experience, allowing for deeper connections with students
