Premium Casual Dining Restaurant Manager

JW Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team of a premium casual dining restaurant in the Cotswolds. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high standards and professionalism, and will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant operation at an exclusive location in the Cotswolds.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant is presented to the highest standard and delivering the best possible service at all times. You will be a strong leader who is able to manage and motivate the restaurant team, and will have a hands-on approach with a focused approach to deliver high standards of service putting guest and staff needs at the heart of what they do.
Required Skills:- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial understanding of the restaurant department and the impact it has on the destination's profitability
- Ability to recruit and develop a cohesive team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to develop key relationships with all guests
