We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express Cambridge branch. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests and staff during the night, while also delivering a first-class service to all guests.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular security checks to ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests
- Perform nightly audits to close the day's business and liaise with the accounts team to ensure accuracy
- Recruit, train, and develop the Night team to ensure exceptional guest experience
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a Nights supervisory role, night auditor, and brand experience. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
