Interim SAP Fieldglass Systems Manager

Global Accounting Network is partnering with a leading international technology company to recruit an interim SAP Fieldglass subject matter expert to join their finance systems team.
As the SAP Fieldglass subject-matter expert (SME), you will be responsible for managing the configuration and maintenance of the Fieldglass system. You will design and deliver regular end-user training and support users across the business as they navigate the end-to-end process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the configuration and maintenance of Fieldglass, ensuring seamless system performance and optimal user experience.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Fieldglass users, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively communicate with Fieldglass users regarding performance updates, new functionality, training reminders, and other important system-related information.
- Monitor system performance, implement necessary updates and improvements to ensure the system remains efficient and effective.
- Develop and deliver regular process training sessions to ensure users are equipped with the necessary skills to utilize the Fieldglass system effectively.
- Perform ad-hoc SAP Fieldglass tasks as required to support the business.
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior SAP Fieldglass experience supporting users is essential, with a strong understanding of the system's capabilities and limitations.
- Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interact with users, stakeholders, and the finance systems team.
- Previous experience working within an international organization would be advantageous, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse cultural and business environments.
- SAP Ariba experience is desirable but not essential, as the successful candidate will be able to quickly learn and adapt to the system.
