Pure Resourcing Solutions is pleased to be working with a fast-growing company based in Upminster who are seeking a temporary Operations Administrator to support their team on an ongoing basis for 6 weeks.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to pick up systems quickly, and possess strong administrative skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately updating purchase order records to confirm timely receipt of goods or services
  • Data entry and management
  • Providing support to subcontractors and suppliers in the correct use of processes and systems
  • General administration duties

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong administrative background
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to operate specialist software
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, requiring the ability to drive due to the location.
