We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager.

As a Client Relationship Manager at White Cap, you will:
- Establish connections and develop strategies to enhance sales and profitability for mid-sized accounts.
- Generate viable sales leads through market research, networking, and various sales events, reaching out to assigned and prospective accounts to secure new business.
- Create and implement profitable business plans for account management, collaborating with sales teams and corporate personnel to communicate account strategies and pricing.
- Be accountable for achieving assigned sales quotas, margin targets, and expense objectives.
- Engage with customers, vendors, and team members to resolve service-related issues.
- Maintain a current and thorough understanding of product knowledge to effectively serve customers.
- Complete and submit all required sales administration reports and participate in company meetings.
- Typically possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- This role may require the operation of a Company Vehicle or Personal Vehicle, with a requirement for an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Outside Sales to professional contractors.
- Familiarity with Company products and services.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
