Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email
  • Record support requests and carry out general administrative tasks
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and specialized software
Working Schedule:

This position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, organized on a rota basis during business hours.

  • Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 7.00pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Friendly and confident communication skills over the phone
  • A keen interest in IT and telecommunications
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage situations with composure
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is advantageous
