Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of electrical contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Project Management: Plan, schedule, and manage electrical projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets, and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract-related matters, maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide regular updates on project status and progress.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability, and conduct financial analysis and reporting on project performance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets industry standards, regulations, and client specifications, conduct site inspections and quality control checks, and implement and maintain quality assurance processes and documentation.
- Health and Safety: Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all project sites, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, and conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams and subcontractors, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training and development opportunities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, plans, schedules, and reports, and prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management or contracts management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, and industry standards.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
- High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant IT tools.
