About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our maintenance and repair operations in Cambridgeshire. As the go-to contact for all electrical aspects, you will be responsible for managing contractual compliance, reviewing and controlling electrical processes, and working closely with on-site management teams to deliver exceptional service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead planned and reactive maintenance across the contract, ensuring electrical aspects are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  2. Manage contractual compliance from an electrical standpoint, ensuring all requirements are met and exceeded.
  3. Review, manage, and control electrical processes to optimize performance and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with on-site management teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels and increase team performance.
About You

We are looking for a technically qualified Electrical Engineer with experience in managing commercial maintenance contracts. You should have outstanding stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally, and be accustomed to being the lead Electrical contact on a contract. IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications are highly regarded.
