Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our maintenance contracts in the commercial sector. As the go-to contact for all electrical aspects, you will be responsible for managing contractual compliance, reviewing and controlling electrical processes, and working closely with on-site management teams to deliver exceptional service levels.
About the Role- Lead planned and reactive maintenance across the contract
- Manage contractual compliance from an electrical standpoint
- Review, manage and control electrical processes
- Work closely with on-site management teams and stakeholders
- Work to increase the performance of the electrical team
- Technically qualified in Electrical engineering at HNC or equivalent
- Experience of managing commercial maintenance contracts
- Accustomed to being the lead Electrical contact on a contract
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred
