About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading all planned and reactive maintenance across our contracts, ensuring electrical compliance and delivering exceptional service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract, ensuring electrical compliance and delivering exceptional service levels.
  2. Manage contractual compliance from an electrical standpoint across the contract.
  3. Review, manage and control electrical processes.
  4. Work closely with on-site management teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels.
  5. Work to increase the performance of the electrical team across all areas.
About You

We are looking for a technically qualified Electrical Engineer with experience of managing commercial maintenance contracts. You will be accustomed to being the lead Electrical contact on a contract and have outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally.

  1. Technically qualified in Electrical engineering at HNC, equivalent or above.
  2. Experience of managing commercial maintenance contracts.
  3. Accustomed to being the lead Electrical contact on a contract.
  4. Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally.
What We Offer

This is a permanent opportunity with a leading FM services provider in the commercial sector. You will be based in Cambridgeshire with travel required. The role offers a competitive salary, company vehicle, and holiday allowance of 33 days per annum.

  1. Basic salary Circa £55,000.
