Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality psychiatric care to older adults, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including junior doctors and nurses.
- Develop and implement research studies in Old Age Dementia and Physical Health.
- Teach and mentor undergraduate students from Leicester Medical schools.
- Contribute to the development of the Trust's research and innovation strategy.
- Basic computer skills, including ability to use email and internet.
- Publications in the field of psychiatry.
- Management training and experience.
- Experience of training senior house officers and multi-disciplinary staff.
- Full and valid driving licence and car.
