Join Our Esteemed Team - Senior Mechanical Estimator

We are looking for a skilled Senior Mechanical Estimator to enhance our pre-construction division at Briggs and Forrester Group. In this pivotal role, you will manage the estimation process, develop strategic approaches for bids, and ensure the delivery of high-caliber tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the estimation process for mechanical services, including value engineering assessments
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans to boost bid success rates
  • Draft and refine tender documentation and presentation materials
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical estimating within the construction sector
  • HND level qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Proven leadership and collaborative skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in estimation software and the Microsoft Office Suite
