Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR & Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become permanent at the end of the contract term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support managers and employees on workplace relations and performance management issues, ensuring compliance with current employment legislation and company policy.
  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including supporting managers with job descriptions, contract packs, and inductions.
  • Compile and deliver HR/H&S inductions, as well as create employee correspondence, such as offer letters and salary changes.
  • Ensure all HR folders and records are up-to-date and maintained, and that all HR and payroll-related information is kept confidential.
  • Manage the maintenance and repair of facilities in the office, working closely with the H&S team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR administration is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a role requiring confidentiality.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
