Technology Risk Assurance Specialist

We're BDO, a leading accountancy and business advisory firm, and we're looking for a talented Technology Risk Assurance Specialist to join our team.
As a Technology Risk Assurance Specialist, you'll play a key role in evaluating the risks associated with the use of technology for businesses in various sectors. You'll use data analytics procedures to identify trends, anomalies, and understand IT and business processes while identifying risks. This exciting and interesting work may include evaluating risks around emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and cyber-related risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective IT general controls and business process control strategies
- Integrate controls testing and data analytics into an external audit approach
- Interpret the financial audit impact of IT risks and control weaknesses
- Manage cyber risk management and business resilience
- Assess IT system implementation risks and controls
- Conduct IT governance and IT compliance reviews
- Prepare service auditor reporting
