We're BDO, a leading accountancy and business advisory firm, and we're looking for a talented Technology Risk Assurance Specialist to join our team.

As a Technology Risk Assurance Specialist, you'll play a key role in evaluating the risks associated with the use of technology for businesses in various sectors. You'll use data analytics procedures to identify trends, anomalies, and understand IT and business processes while identifying risks.

Our Technology Risk Assurance team sits at the heart of our Audit practice, and we're committed to delivering high-quality audits that are trusted and transparent. You'll work closely with our team to develop IT General Controls reviews, keep stakeholders up-to-date with status, findings, and implications, and assist in scoping and planning data-enabled audit approaches.

We're looking for someone with CISA qualification or equivalent, experience in IT general controls and application control reviews, and a strong understanding of the implications of control deficiencies and approaches to test risk materialisation.

As a Technology Risk Assurance Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting and interesting projects, including evaluating risks around emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Robotics Process Automation (RPA). You'll also have the chance to develop your technical skills and contribute to the development of methodologies and guidance for internal use.
