Join Our Team as a Technology Risk Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Risk Assurance Specialist to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Audit practice, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the risks associated with the use of technology for businesses in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate risks associated with emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
  • Conduct IT general controls reviews across both simple and complex audited entities
  • Assist in scoping and planning data-enabled audit approaches to address audit risk
  • Coordinate and support regional TRA teams to support current and future pipeline of work
  • Contribute to the development of methodologies and guidance for internal use
Requirements:
  • CISA qualified or equivalent
  • Experience of IT general controls and application control reviews in support of external audit engagements
  • Experience of auditing ERP packages such as SAP, Oracle, and Dynamics AX
