Position Overview:
Our client is seeking skilled Welders to join their production team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing welding operations and related tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Welder, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of welding activities throughout the assembly process. Your duties will include:

  • Creating individual components and fabricating panels.
  • Participating in the assembly of larger structures.
  • Performing welding tasks in various positions, primarily vertical and overhead.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, with ample opportunities for overtime to enhance your earnings.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, with an additional £45 per day for travel expenses if you reside beyond a specified distance from the workplace, capped at five days.

Technical Requirements:
You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting visual inspections of completed welds to meet project standards.
  • Maintaining welding equipment and performing daily checks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Utilizing digital and thermal temperature recording tools.
  • Employing various welding processes, including Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), MIG, and TIG.
